1. Submission Process
Authors must adhere to the Conference written paper format. The author must submit the draft version of paper for review before the due submission deadline. These are submitted through the Electronical Submission System (see below). We strongly recommend to use the set of templates in MS Word format provided by publisher. Please use them to create your paper, but don’t modify the style nor the format under any circumstances:

Full Paper Template(LaTex) * Please use the "manuscript" proceedings template.
1) Manuscripts must be written in English;
2) The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template;
3) The paper should be no less than 8 pages;
4) Plagiarism is prohibited;
5) Duplicate submission is prohibited.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Important note to authors about ACM's new open access publishing model
ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a full geographic waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library.
