1. Registration Procedure
*Regular Registration Process
Step 1- Find and Click the Llink of Online Registration System on Notification Letter.
Step 2- Fill the registration form and finish the payment of Registration fee.(The payment information can be found in Registration Form)
Step 3- Send your final papers (both doc and pdf format), filled registration form (doc format) and the scanned payment proof to aiact@vip.163.com.
If you have problems with the on-line registration please feel free to contact the conference specialist first.
*On-site Registration

Please make your payment at the On-site Registration Desk. (Cash, UnionPayCard and Credit Card are acceptable)
2. Registration Fees
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment can be made in USD.

1) Student Attendee: Provide a valid certificate from their departments (only for the first author). 2) HKSME Member Attendee: Provide a valid member ID. 3) Listeners: Attend the conference only, without submission and publication. 4) Journal Publication Fee: The Journal Publication Fee should be paid by authors whose papers are accepted by journal for publication. 5) APC fee: For 2025 ACM is providing a subsidy on APC pricing for ICPS, as follows: • The 2025 subsidized APC rate for ICPS papers will be $350. • For papers where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $250. • For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income country, the APC rate will be $175. • For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income country and where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $125. • For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a low-income country, no APC is required. |

4. Important Notes
1) Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Presentation of paper must be done by one of author(s) of the paper.
2) The retrieval information of publications listed above only reflects the current situation, if there are any changes, the organizer doesn’t assume any responsibility. The conference organizer cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular databases.
3) Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers.
4) The conference organizer is not responsible for any accommodation process. You can seek your hotel on your own.
5) Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
1. The conference organizers will not refund or pay any compensation in which the non-attendance or withdrawal is due to any personal reasons, such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
2. The conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, epidemic and any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome.
3. The conference organizers reserves the right to change the dates, place and form of the conference due to force majeure.
4. 30 USD will be deducted if one paid via bank transfer when refunding at any time, which shall be borne by the payer him/herself.
5. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail, the final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizers
a. Registration cancellations are made prior to Jan. 2, 2026, 70% of the registration fee will be refund.
b. There are no refunds on conference registrations, social events and tours for cancellations after Jan. 2, 2026 (include Jan. 2, 2026).
6. The Article Processing Charge Fee and Additional Page Fee are non-refundable once the conference organizer has submitted the publication files to the publisher, regardless of whether the paper can pass the review of publisher or retrieval agencies.
